“What an excellent property, most definitely 5 stars, everything from the welcoming scones, wheaten bread, cupcakes and one of my favorite wines Pinot Grigio to the rooftop terrace and outdoor dining area. This is Quality accommodation all around, the equipment in the kitchen, the standard of TV and sound equipment the sanitary ware, showers and the sprung divan bases. Our accommodation had a Jacuzzi bath in the Master En-suite. The accommodation has Sky TV as a standard and available to watch in all rooms, this is an added luxury as we are used to bringing out own Sky Card or resorting to watching on line via the internet on our laptops. Outside the grounds are in excellent order, very tidy, every detail has been attended to, I did notice that even the windows were spotless which cannot be said for every property i have ever visited. The roof top terrace is an excellent addition and a most pleasant spot to enjoy your complimentary bottle of wine. The house is in a very quiet residential area, a cul-de-sac, so very quiet, no through traffic, it is very convenient to the town, a pleasant walk along the strand takes you to lots of bars and restaurants in the Harbour area about 15 minutes walk. We have been to many Self Catering Accommodation right across GB and Ireland but this has to be the No.1. Cannot recommend it highly enough”
